VectoR Social VR Sim League (In Conjunction with it's Parent Company Adventures with VR) – Event Terms and Conditions

League Registration

• Each VectoR League Cycle consists of eight (8) four (4) hour events.


• All registrations must be made online at vectorsim.com.


• Each participating team MUST have a minimum of 5 members and each team may name up to 5 alternate players.


• Any registration that includes an alternate player will be charged in full to primary registrant. Any splitting of registration fees must be made independently between primary registrant and alternate player. In the case of  cancellation of events by VectoR, VectoR will refund event fees to primary registrant but is not responsible for reimbursement to or any financial arrangement between alternate league members and primary registrants.


• Each team must nominate a Team Captain. VectoR and AVR will communicate any changes and/or updates directly to the Team Captain.


• VectoR League Registration Fees are non-refundable unless League activities are canceled by VectoR.


• If a VectoR league cycle (all 8 events) is cancelled by VectoR, VectoR will refund your entire registration fee. If any individual VectoR League event(s) is cancelled and not rescheduled, VectoR will provide a prorated refund for the cancelled event(s).


• VectoR reserves the right to reschedule VectoR event dates, times and locations without penalty.

Event Conduct & Content

• For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who in our judgement is impaired to the point where they are unable to use AVR|VectoR equipment safely.


• AVR|VectoR reserves the right to refuse service to any participant that has a medical condition or other condition that may be potentially contagious (ie., COVID-19, conjunctivitis, head lice).


• VectoR League events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). AVR|VectoR does not tolerate harassment of our staff members or participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any event. If any VectoR league members violate these rules, we will ask their Team Captain to remove the offending party. If our staff members still feel uncomfortable or experience threatening or improper conduct by any participant(s), VectoR/AVR reserves the right to immediately suspend or ban the member from league events now or in the future. In these extreme cases, the offending league member will not receive a refund for any registration fees and accepts the final determination of their suspension or banning from VectoR/AVR without penalty to VectoR/AVR.


• If any participant damages VectoR equipment, the repair or replacement fee may be charged to the league member and league member agrees to pay for the repair or replacement fee if caused by league member.


• All VectoR league members agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Punch Bowl Social before, during and after all VectoR League events.

Liability

• All participants may be required to sign a Release for Personal Injury prior to using any of AVR|VectoR VR equipment.


• Photo/Video Release: All guests using AVR|VectoR equipment hereby give the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic images or video of any user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition, purchaser hereby releases, discharges, and agrees that Adventures with VR and its related entities, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. All photos produced by Adventures with VR|VectoR are property of Adventures with VR|VectoR and its parent company Jade Marketing and Technology Corporation.


• League member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Adventures with VR|VectoR from any claims, demands, causes of action, liability, or loss made by any of their participants in the customer’s Adventure with VR|VectoR event.


• Use of AVR|VectoR’s VR equipment is at the customer’s and participant’s own risk.


• VectoR strongly recommends members receive Covid-19 vaccinations prior to participation in League Play. Unvaccinated members agree to wear face coverings dependent on recommendations by CDC and MN Department of Health.


• Every league member will be issued an individual silicon mask barrier. All members must wear these mask barriers when wearing VectoR VR headsets. If members forget their mask cover, they can be purchased from VectoR at league events.


• League members agree to abide by current and future recommendations of both the CDC and MN Department of health regarding any updates or changes to Covid protocols and health measures.
