We understand that for some, an 8 event commitment can be difficult both with your busy schedule and on your pocketbook. This is exactly why we are allowing alternates for each team! If you have friends or associates that you would like to race in your place, naming them as an alternate allows you the opportunity of both splitting and reducing league fees as well as reducing the number of event dates you are committed to attending.

Adding an alternate is easy! On the top menu, click on Player Management > Add | Remove Alternates. After registering and having filled your team with a total of 5 players, simply list the name of your alternates by using this form. In the future, use this form if you would like to add or remove future alternates.

Once you’ve purchased and completed your registration, if you decide to split league events with your alternate, please notify us prior to events if your alternate will be attending in your place.

AVR and VectoR does not split or negotiate registration fees or assign scheduled league events for registered members and/or their alternates. AVR and VectoR have nothing to do with any/all transactions and agreements between league members and alternates. Alternates must be assigned by registrants prior to league event dates and AVR|VectoR must be informed as to the name of your alternate prior to league events that they will be attending and participating in. Members and Alternates cannot split individual event dates.
